*3-4 sets
*rep ranges will depend on how much weight you have available, as well as your current fitness level. Push yourself - if you're used to lifting heavier weights, you're going to have to go much higher rep in order to challenge yourself.

1) Banded Dumbbell Squats (can pulse at the bottom)
2) B-Stance RDL (DB or Resistance band)

SUPERSET:
3) Single Leg OR B-Stance DB Hip Thrust
4) Seated Banded Abductors

SUPERSET:
5) Step Ups
6) Swiss Ball leg curl

7) burnout: banded frog pumps
