Honestly, the best way I started seeing growth in my glutes was doing it 10 min booty band workout (from last year, the one with the chair) and a inconsistent, consistent routine combination of deadlifts, RDLs, sumo squats, hip thrusts and glute bridges. I’ve fallen off my glute wagon but now knowing what I need to do to see the results I want, makes it easier

This is very helpful! You should make a talking workout where you explain it more in detail how we should think when we want to engage the glute muscles

I'm starting to learn more about workouts and before I've always done squats the "quad" style. Some good glute workouts I've gotten into are deadlifts, glute bridges, glute rainbows, donkey kicks, kickbacks/extensions, glute thrusts, and fire hydrants.
