Every week there are new lists of what to eat and what not to eat. So frustrating when you think you have it figured out. Basically don't eat anything!

You should wear a lapel mic Dr. G. Rather than a boom mic. Good info as always.

This is a really great episode but the sound quality hurts, , was tough to stay with it because the sound was so shrill and inconsistent. Maybe redo this episode once you clear up the audio issues👍

Please improve the audio quality. Your good work is wasted if we stop watching because we can't understand what you're saying.

Thank you for finally stressing "grass finished" and that "grass fed" only means they are a minimum of one bite of grass... Did you know there's some corn products that are on the acceptable "grass" list? 💖🌞🌵😷

Not oatmeal? I've had it for breakfast for many years I'm 79 years old, and still gong strong.

So sorry Dr Steven. I'm sure this is a very informative video but the sound quality is very poor. There is some kind of echo or reverberation that could easily be improved if you would perhaps listen to this video or have your technical person get involved. Thanks!

Oats are “lectin bombs”? I never had a problem with oats. People are not all the same.
Oats will never “absolutely destroy” my gut.
This doctor needs to slow down and learn to make balanced pronouncements about food.
The comments on artificial sweeteners and seed oils are quite valid, however.
He got that part right.

Are you recommending cooking with olive oil? If it becomes unstable at a lower temp then don’t they convert to carcinogenic compounds like acrylamides? Is it really safe to cook with it and if so Cook at a lower heat right?

Most natural fresh meats are great for ur health. I know people who are strictly carnivores and are super healthy.

If you are on antidepressants, like Prozac, for example, is this something that can create an imbalance in the gut? I believe I read that serotonin is produced in the gut, so I would imagine it might be an interaction. Thanks

I am no doctor but I disagree on the meat. I never saw a cave painting of a salad, so I know our ancestors ate meat all day long and meat is our natural diet, just look at our carnivore teeth and eyes facing forward.
Plants dont want to be eaten just like seeds, antinutrients in vegetables cause varius problems and much of the vitamins in them are unavailable to us, but with meat it ready absorbed.
I live in a native village in Alaska. There were no vegetables here and the people survived just fine, I dont believe meat ages you either, I believe the opposite is true.

Interesting statement about the oatmeal and I will continue to eat mine as it is good for my gut and therefore good for me. And by the way, I have lost weight with eating oatmeal.
