You SAVED me with the informafion about the Zinc.
My TSH is very high for so long but the thyroid gland's function is OK!!

We are big fans of Brazil nuts (even if it’s just 2-3 nuts a day) lol as well as pecans! We love our beef as well. Don’t be afraid of beef everyone! Just have to make the right choices when it comes to which kind you consume. We always get organic & grass fed! 👍🏼👍🏾

What would be the ideal dosage timing for Selenium? With fat? Empty stomach? Any foods/micronutrients reduce or enhance its absorption? Couldn't find much on the internet on these questions.
