I like tofu anyway but you definitely should drop a recipe for that mashed potatoes and gravy there! I'm not American, but ive been meaning to make more mashed potatoes. Although my dynamic with lactose is shit these days, so i need vegan versions!

I have terrible emetophobia, so tofu is perfect since it can be eaten raw. I can get nutrients *similar* to what meat has without the fear of possibly undercooking and getting sick.
