Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

my progress:
meassure before:
waist: 70cm (27 inches)
meassure after:
waist: 66cm (25 inches)
sooo my abs are way more toned, and i have the 11 line. and i can see that my waist is thinner. i really liked this workout, and i defeneally recomend!
ps: i did this workout and the "flat stomach in 1 week, by lilly" for ten days. and i also drank 2, 500ml of water peer day, that really helped.

✔️day one: done, i did the whole work out, feeling pretty good
✔️day two: done, now I´m going to do the third day of the 7 Day Fat Burn Challenge
✔️day three: done, it´s definetely getting easier, today unfortuneally I can´t do the 7 Day Fat Burn Challenge but tommorrow for sure
✔️day four: done, it's getting easier and easier to do, not much results so far, but my abs difinetely getting stronger, going to do day four of the 7 Day Fat Burn Challenge next
✔️day five: done, I see a tiny bit of change on my body but still is very minimum, i´m still in the beggining of the challenge so it´s normal, going to do day 6 (five its rest) of the 7 Day Fat Burn Challenge next
✔️day six: done, pretty chill for me to do but my abs still burn which is great, going to do day 7 of the 7 Day Fat Burn Challenge next
✔️day seven: done, still not much change in my body, hopefully in the next few days, no other challenge today but tomorrow going to start a new one to do another 7 days together with this one
✔️day eight: done, today i´m more tired and it was harder bc i started de 7 days Best of the Best Workout Challenge
✔️day nine: done, still not seeing many results, hopefully will see in the next few days, i´m doing today day 2 of Best of the Best Workout Challenge
✔️day ten: done, almost over, i can see some improvement in my body now + i´m doing today day 3 of Best of the Best Workout Challenge
✔️day eleven: done, i can tell my abs are a little more defined and definetely stronger which is pretty good + doing today day 4 of Best of the Best Workout Challenge
✔️day twelve: done, i gave myself a break yesterday bc the body needs it sometimes but i´m back to finish + doing today day 6 (5 is rest) of Best of the Best Workout Challenge
✔️day thirteen: done, one more day left, after i´m done i´m gonna tell what changed in the last 14 days + doing today day 7 of Best of the Best Workout Challenge
✔️day fourteen: finally done!!!!

✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️MY OPINION:
This workout is really good, it burns from day 1 to 14, is amazing, it´s easier each day and it´s only 7 minutes which is good. Now to my body, my core it´s definetely stronger but not much abs, you would have to do this exercise for more 7-14 days to really have abs, but I feel my waist got a little slimmer and abs more defined for sure. Remember I always did another challenge with this one, and that helped a lot with my body, I don´t think this work out alone would have got this good of a result. I loved ths challenge and you all should defnetely try it. Good work out everyone :) hope this helped :) ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

I started two weeks ago doing a 14 day shred. I try to do abs every day no matter the workout, even if there is already an ab workout for that day (my abs hate me for this). I have started to see a small amount of ab definition forming, but no other physical differences I can see. What I do know is how strong my body has gotten in the past couple weeks just following your programs! I am so motivated every day and I can't wait to see where this will all take me! Thank you so much for what you do!

I have tried a couple other YouTuber ab challenges, but this is the only one that has ever made me feel strong, capable and ACTUALLY see results! Thank you for this video, it's short enough that I have no excuse not to do it every day, but it's hard enough that I am seeing results very quickly.

I really like how the videos and workouts are pretty short, like five to ten minutes. It motivates me to continue doing more of the videos without feeling like I’ve been working out for thirty minutes. I’ve already lost a few pounds thanks to these videos, and my weight is something I’ve been struggling with for years. Thank you so much for making these and doing what you do!
