This Combo Supplement Helped Me Through Extreme Stress

This supplement called Mood Support helped me get through a period of extreme stress and symptoms of anxiety a year ago. Everyone has a different biochemistry and with so many factors involved, I assume it will not help everyone. But, if it helps someone, I will be happy that I made this video. This video is NOT sponsored.

Here I share my honest experience with this supplement and my symptoms of anxiety I was dealing with.

If you are suffering from anxiety or depression, I highly recommending reading a book called "Nutrient Power," by William Walsh. That book is a life-changer and an eye-opener when it comes to specific biochemical causes of these issues, plus solutions through certain supplements.

Great video and information! As a medical practitioner, I have witnessed many of my patients' anxiety stem from lack of nutrition, overtraining, or any form of high stress. Many times, the high level of stress leaches away many necessary nutritients needed to support the neurotransmitters and hormones. One of the top deficiencies are Vitamin B5, l-tryptophan, l-serine, l-carnitine, Vitamin C, chromium, omega-3 fatty acids, and magnesium. These specific nutrients indefinitely support the adrenal glands that control the body's fight or flight response mechanism.

DHEA is the best support for the adrenal gland related to stress. Over time when the adrenal gland is just overworked, DHEA is your answer. I had the same exact heart racing episodes. After realizing just how it was all related to the years of stress of living in suburban Cook Co Illinois, I looked into what would help with these adrenal issues. DHEA was the #1 answer.

Sorry to hear that you went through that Holly…Good to hear about things that help. As you say, we’ve all been through it to varying degrees. Concentrating on breathing, not identifying with negative self chatter, and just remembering to live life in the present moment, helps me.
No point in worrying about the future. If and when challenges arise, we'll do our best to deal with them then, which will be the present moment again.:)

Love the shirt, you wear it well.😊

This is me. On and off the past year and a half. It’s absolutely horrific. My anxiety was so bad about a year ago it landed me in the hospital. I’m going to try this. I drink 1 bag of lemon balm w my lemon ginger every night. I notice if I drink 2-3 bags I feel amazing after a few days. But I’m down to try this. I really like this brand I already use their digestive enzymes and they’re fantastic

Had this uncanny feeling that I had seen you before for the last few weeks and just now recalled your video of when you moved into a house in the countryside and having deal with bitter cold years ago. So cold that your vehicle tire had frozen. I’m sorry for not recalling the name of the other channel. So glad that you are experiencing some relief as I have had the same debilitating issues and agree that most GP’s do not know dietary effects. I believe the medical community has co-opted by the pharmaceutical industry promising much but delivering little when it comes to SSRI treatments before exploring serious dietary modifications first. I’m almost 9 months into low carb high fat diet (<20g carbs / day) and have worked into one meal a day as well. This and supplements B1/3/6/12, E tocotrienols have made a night and day difference regarding mood. My MD is amazed that my type two diabetes is in full remission as well. Sorry for the long comment… just happy you are doing well. Best Regards

*Lemon balm* is also good for mood support, it helps to slow racing thoughts while clearing brain fog.
*Uridine monophosphate* sublingually also helps with emotional regulation, motivation, and focus.
Another very beneficial supplement is *phosphatidylserine* for the same benefits as well as calmness and improving neuronal health.
For panic attacks or depression, 5mg up to 40mg of *lithium orotate* helps, it's mild but noticeably improves mood and stimulates neurogenesis.

Thank you so much for this video! I’m dealing with crazy panic attacks everytime I’m in public or any event and I get the heart pounding to where I feel like I’m gonna die. Been researching supplements and found this. Hopefully it’ll work. Appreciate it!

-Edit-
I’ve been on it for a few weeks now…. my heart definitely stopped racing, but the panic attacks are still there. I tried asking this girl I liked if she wanted to talk and ended up freezing up. It was probably the most embarrassing thing she ever witnessed anyone do.
Overall it helps a lot, but panic attacks can still come. Thank you for showing me 🙏

Great video! I have had situational depressions a few times and was on Zoloft twice. Recently
I weaned myself off Zoloft by tapering down and adding 5-HTP and valerian root. Other things people can find helpful- learn to meditate.
Be sure to get out and walk in nature daily. Stretch & do deep breathing.

Thank you so much for sharing this video and being careful to tell that vitamins can interact with prescriptions and can cause very bad problems, like liver failure. I recommend people read all the interactions on the paperwork that comes with meds and talk with the pharmacist, they seem to be more knowledgeable than the doctors.

For years, since I was a young child, I struggled with anxiety and depression, and I was always tired. I tried so many vitamins and antidepressants, but nothing worked. It was not until I became very sick and lost 40 pounds without trying and landed in ICU. 6 months later I had a smart nurse look at my symptoms and learned that I had a disease that was causing it.

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, iron deficiency or any other issues that you can't figure out, I highly recommend that you get tested for Celiac disease and HPylori. Not everyone has gastro symptoms, and because it is the most common autoimmune disease in the US and UK, it's a good thing to rule out; stress is thought to trigger it. CD is much more common than most people, including doctors, realize.

I cant believe how Ashwagandha works. I just looked up for something to help with cortisol levels but I didnt realize how much more it does for you. It helps with appetite and anxiety. Research for yourself all the benefits. I dont take any other meds for depression or anything. I came across Goli gummies on sale so I just thought I'd try. I'm sure now I'll always take it.

Mood support is the only supplement I've taken that's like whoa, there we go! It is ultra effective. It's also great for restoring and replenishing certain neurotransmitters.

Thanks for sharing, I find that some neuroplasticity techniques help guide me out of the stress response but it's the consistency that forms those new pathways in the brain. Things like meditation, breath work, visualizations, and prayer. Helps me to respond better when those anxious thoughts arise.
