My dad was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis three years ago. After watching Dr. Berg’s older videos about liver health, I started giving him 50, 000 IU of vitamin D daily, along with co-factors, TUDCA, milk thistle, tocotrienols (a form of vitamin E), and selenium. Now, his liver is back to normal, and he hasn’t needed any medications from his doctor.

I told my Dr. Magnesium about what you said in reference to low magnesium and how it can affect how high blood, blood pressure, etc. She acted as though she had never heard of it affecting blood sugar. Some doctors just don't know things.

One of the biggest game-changers for me was starting to take Vitamin D3 in higher amounts with magnesium. I ride five days a week and have always dealt with cramping issues. For the first time after taking this combo just last week, I had no cramping issues during my recent 60-mile ride.

This Doctor needs to be cloned and put into EVERY medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about HEALTH.
