I used to be one of those who went to bed at 4:00 am in the morning. However, I always knew the benefits of waking up early in the morning. This is how I started waking up at 5:00 am.

Like, the difficulties you faced, consistency problem, guilt thoughts, lack of attention from people, people not considering your worth and how u dealt?? From the first day when u decided to change and your journey of dealing and fighting with those till u cleared such big exams with top ranks! (Not abt the result, but the effort that you put behind each)

I have been struggling with prolonged sleep hrs, earlier I had 6-7 hrs of sleep but now maybe I become so tired throughout the day that everytime in the morning I cut my alarm and go to sleep for a couple of hours more. I'm installing these apps today and keeping in mind the things you told me, let's see how much I'm able to gain now. I'll update for a week honestly.

🌞Day 1: Went to bed at 10:00 but couldn't sleep, stayed awake till 12:15 probably and then slept, woke up at 5:20 with alarm. (Not slept for the entire day)
🎉Day 2 Went to bed at 11:15 and woke up at 4:30 am with alarm ( take rest for 30 min in afternoon )
👍 Day 3 woke up at 4:15 slept at 11:15
🔥 Day 4 woke up at 3:50 ❤️
😕 Day 5 woke up at 7 slept at 1😂
🙏 Day 6 Sunday took rest and woke up at 7
Day 7 Woke up at 5
Did it for a week though with some unevenness, but still that was because I slept late so I didn't keep the alarm. Otherwise that alarm could even wake up my soul😂

Edit: Its me here after more than a month, and currently I got this habit of getting at 5am and sometimes at 4:30.
Today I set my alarm at 5 but woke up before the Alam itself. Feels good 👍

Hi bro, I was struggling to wake up even at 8 am earlier. Then I so your video on sleeping cycle, set my alarm and sleep time accordingly and now I am glad to say I wake now on 6.30 am . Thank you so much. And also I like your other videos also on how to focus on study etc.

Honestly speaking, I used to study till morning but then I saw your video decided to skip one day's sleep and the next day I decided to sleep early. To my surprise my eyes opened at 5:07 and now I am getting used to it! Feels so refreshing and I find myself more focused and productive! Thanks for the video bhaiya!

Ashish, I'm in 3rd year currently. I cleared GATE with an AIR 932 in my 3rd year. I know this is not a good rank but, I started my preparation just after watching your BARC and ISRO videos. And that motivated me a lot. And the amount of motivation that was needed to start my GATE Journey was utterly flooded by your videos at the intial phase of my journey. And today I'm at that stage, that in my final year's attempt, I'll surely get a good rank and I'm self motivated nowadays. Hey Ashish, my question to you is that since your 12th class didn't go that well, how did you manage to study all the basics + everything that is required to prepare for GATE and ISRO exam and alongside managing engineering study.As everything that we do ahead is somewhat interconnected to things that we study in school, so how did you do that. I mean it is kind of like you covered your backlog that was your 12th std basics and all .

I hope you make a video on this since i have recently started to follow your channel and you have come out as a big help to me. Also the 5am regime, i am on it and it was a bit difficult initially but it has been going on pretty smoothly your routine has also been one of my favourite routines till now. I am following that too.
