I get up at 5am. I dont have to be at work until 9am so ill have about 3 hours or so to work out or do whatever before i have to get ready for work. If i dont work out in the morning ill never workout. All i want to do after work is relax.

That’s a great idea I usually put my phone right next to my bed but placing it some where else to turn it off is definitely a game changer. Thanks for the advice

What I do is if I wake up in the middle of the night like 12am or 1am I just get up start my day there. That way I’ll be in bed earlier and from that point on my sleep schedule is shifted earlier

Waking up at 4AM Is very useful! Drinking stimulants within your first 3 hours of the day It's actually pretty not optimal, you Will get the caffeine low much earlier in the day which can actually be conterproductive. The put your alarm in the other side of the room Is actually pretty good tho.
