I pretty much use 7 of the 10. I look forward to setting up the People Group, that'll help a lot. So will the quick email template. I hope that'll be easier than copy paste. Hopefully they don't have a limit on those. Last one I think I can use is drag the email to the calendar. Thanks for the tips!

Hi, can you explain why on my Outlook Mac app, new emails seem to be in Inbox and copied to the Archive folder. I don't want any emails archived. I save emails to specific folders or delete them as I receive/read them. I am finding that if I delete from the archive folder, it is deleting from the inbox as well. Thanks J.R.

When doing a Search Current Mailbox, all of the emails that appear under that search used to show the name of the folder the email was in. How do I find this setting to bring it back?

when I toggle to legacy outlook it only shows one of my email accounts. I have 4 that show up in my office 365 for mac outlook. Is there a way to make all 4 show up in legacy outlook without having to enter each account, server and password again? Also, do you have a tutorial on managing contacts? For the life of me, I cannot get my 4 email accounts to sync with my apple contacts consistently. The bulk of my contacts are in one exchange email account and my apple contacts. It's like managing 4 separate lists and is a nightmare for autocorrect and such.
