Thanks, this class saved me! I panicked when it would not let me go back, even though it promised to let me return to classic outlook. This helped a lot.

I switched to the new outlook and it never ported my other 2 email accounts over. I tried adding them and that didn't work either so I did research online and thousands of people are finding the same problem. It won't let you add other email accounts from other domains. Any Ideas? Basically this version is still being developed and we are the guinea pigs it's rubbish at this point in time.

Thanks for the great video. Is there a button to refresh my emails for immediate check of incoming emails?

This is well presented and I will be referencing it several times.

On another topic which be very helpful is an explanation of merging contact lists. Every time Microsoft updates, it doesn’t include all my contacts. Many time even going through my other contact list does not find it. How do I retrieve these lost contacts?

Im trying to get my head around New Outlook so thanks for this. I have used Outlook for years and find the new version just gives me a lot of features i neither need or want and has lost many user-friendly features that are really useful. I guess we have been forced down route so that Microsoft now have access to more of our personal data 🤨

Thank you so much! The new outlook seemed unrecognizably different to me especially with all the changes to the ribbons and tabs and options but your video helped make it less alien to me now.

This was an extraordinarily helpful video. I have been using Outlook for years and really found this helpful because there are some robust features which I have not been using. Perhaps that is because they are new additions. I know that I will watch this several more times and practice these new features. Thank you for your time and effort to patiently go through the new features In Microsoft!

Thank you for this helpful tutorial for the new Outlook. The one action I was able to do in the classic Outlook that I haven't found to do in the new Outlook is the ability to insert an Outlook file. In the classic, I was able to attach a previous note I sent or someone else (E.G. meeting minutes from the previous week). Now when I hit Insert, this option for Outlook is no longer there. Thank you for helping to solve this for me :)

How about how to backup an email to PST, how to restore an email if you have PST backup, and how to recall sent emails in the new Outlook - hoping to add those topics to your next video. Love from PH❤

I won't be switching anytime soon. No support for *.pst files is a show stopper for me. Also missing is the status bar at the bottom, and the Quick Access toolbar at the top.
