The rules is amazing. I used to work at a company where I would get about 200 emails a day (4 days off sucked to come back to 800+ emails) so I would setup rules. I think before I quit I had 20+ rules to send almost every email to a specific folder. It was amazing until my boss wanted me to start using those emails and I would have to remake rules.

Hi Kevin. Is it possible to “delete” an email you sent to someone months after sending it? This seems to be the case. I have emails all of a sudden in my “bin” on gmail (the other person’s email is also from a gmail account) and it says that “message cannot be downloaded from the server” - yet, previously I could open it. I suspect the other person wants to delete evidence and hence found a way of deleting/making it un-openable so that I cannot open it. It is also the only emails in my “bin”. Normally my bin stays empty.
