a video topic could be how we can get a taste of that sort of meditative state of quiet and acceptance even in the middle of the day when were getting back to doing more activities !

like what would you do if symptoms were to come up in the middle of your hockey matches? would you sit with whats there for a while? or would you be able to get back to a state of feeling safe on the spot while continuing to play?

Something clicked with me recently when you were talking about thoughts and said ‘it’s safe to let them go’…after some years of meditation i have gotten quite good at handling or letting thoughts be there and not putting to much attention to them, but I never signaled my body as well that it is safe to do so as i focused on the mind. It feels better now that I do both :)

Great stuff man! I found the specific example of brain retraining towards the end of this video helpful. I tried it today with the dull cloudy weather, which I find can sometimes generate resistance (I prefer either sun or rain). I started saying to myself "ah look at that nice white and fluffy sky, the weather is still yet fresh and crisp" and it made me feel better. Would love to hear you speak through some more of these specific examples of brain retraining. Like how we can rewire subtle "negative" thinking towards other day-to-day things like chores, social events, work, certain emotions or specific body sensations etc.

I've tried your meditations for allowance and non-resistance and I like them a lot.
I just don't really know, how I can use them for my most challenging/bothering symptom, the weakness in my body, because when I meditate, I am in bed or on the ground and don't really feel the fatique. I can feel the resistance (or other negatve emotions) mainly coming up, when I try to move, do chores or walk etc. but I don't really think, I can reach a meditative state, while doing things. Maybe that's a weird question, but can I learn to meditate, while I am doing the laundry?😃
