I'm one of those people who imagine painful scenarios so that I'm ready for when it happens, but I realise that it is actually very unhelpful and makes me assume that it WILL happen. This helped me clear my mind and focus on the present a bit more.

Reading the comments makes me feel at home. I've been struggling with anxiety and I live my life overthinking every little things, which leads to creating scenarios in my head to the point where I can't think straight anymore/I feel pain that's not even there. 😔
I wish there was a way of having a group chat to help one another through our daily struggles.

This was so helpful. I overthink a lot but imagining the clouds and the clear sky really helped me clear my mind. I could picture myself just blowing away the clouds with every breath. Truly, thank you.

Oh my Goodness.
I hadn't slept for over a week, cuz everytime I wanted to sleep, I'd keep thinking of random things and in the end I'd be wide awake, and next day be miserable, angry and dry. My eyes were starting to take a heave toll on me too.
But this worked wonders for me. I tried this last night before bed, lying down, and this emptied my mind, and I kept focusing on my breath, and no random thoughts popped in me while I was trying to fall asleep.
Had a wonderful night of uninterrupted sleep, from 12:15 and woke up at 7:30. Not the proper 8 hour sleep, but I'd take it. This was the most, and comfiest sleep I've had in ages.
Cannot thank the creator enough..
I'll try this again tonight and update for my final verdict.

I didn't get to laugh out of nowhere since the last day of school and a couple of days ago I started to meditate daily. Today, in this meditation I laughed when I breathe in and I wanted to cry from happiness because of it. Meditating really helps and I suggest you to meditate daily <3.
