The first exercise is a quad set. This helps strengthen the quadriceps muscles in an isometric way. Next is a bridge. Bridging helps strengthen the hamstrings, glutes, and low back. Then you have hip abduction and hip adduction that work the outer and inner muscles.

Straight leg raises (SLR) and clamshell exercises are often thought more of hip exercises, but they are great for the knee as well.

Now sitting in a chair, you will do hip flexion and knee extension or long arch quads (LAQ). These are also easy to do if you work at a desk all day.

Finally, standing up, you have heel/toe raises and mini squats. These will not only help with knee arthritis pain, but they will also help with balance and gait.

I injured my right knee during playing basketball. I can do normal walking without any pain but it’s very painful when I go upstairs. I have been fellow the video knee workouts For 2 weeks . I feel much better right now. Thank you for sharing your amazing knee training video!

Hi, I am in my mid 50's. Had dual knee surgery when I was in my 30's, had no issue till recently and even cortizone shots were of little help. But with your exercise and biking I am back in my game. A little slow but will catch up soon. Thank you...

I am 25 and suddenly its been a while now i am facing some issues in my knees i took lots of medication but nothing works but her exercises is believe ms is so effective keep the good work coming Maam

I was just told I have bone on bone arthritis in my knee. Having a bad flare for the past three weeks. Hoping physical therapy and these exercises will improve my situation.
