Joining the airforce, they want me running 11 mins a mile, can barely run 2 mins without shin splints. Searched up skipping rope techniques and found this. Very cool very helpful will tell you how this has helped me

God continue to bless you sir! I just did this for one day and the pain is gone. I am a young athlete so I really didn't know how to keep the pain at bay and have been paining for a week, however this simple exercise helped a lot. I'll be doing this everyday.

Thank you! Currently I'm in pain from the shin splints and I was looking everywhere for tutorials that'd help. I just started yesterday to see if it'd help in growth, and I think I went too hard on myself to try achieving for 'best results' 😅. I'm really desperate to find height growing exercises after comments from basically everyone I know telling me to. I'll definitely try this method and see if it helps!

Thanks for this. I got compartment snydrom on both legs due to jumpe Rope skipping and my fascia were splitted before christmas. Now after three months im still having big issues With it..i will try your trick

I got shin splints in high school from sprinting on asphalt. No fun. I am starting my jump rope journey and I don't need to revisit that pain.

I started jumping rope to condition for BMT. I leave April 9th. I only do Tuesday and Thursday for about 15-25 minutes. I just started last week. I noticed a slight achey/ soreness after yesterday’s session. It mostly went away by the next day. Is that normal or a shin splint? I can probably update in a few days about pain. It isn’t a bad pain, just like hitting chest at the gym and your chest and triceps are slightly sore for a few days.

Very bad, doing this gave me Plantar Fascitis on my left heel which I had never ever experienced before. I stopped doing these now. This is the only guy I’ve ever seen recommend these when it comes to jump rope.

I've been doing jump rope for 30 min with 30 sec work and 10 sec rest of 3 sets with 1 min break between each set for the past 2 days with a 1 pound rooe. But today (3rd day) I have pain under my foot just within 5 min of workout. Is it normal? I have switched shoes but the pain still remains. I have never seen anyone complain of this during jump rope so far.

hey mate, love the video. I’m currently recovering from shin splints, is it better if I stop all running and jumping rope and focus on this exercise and rest until I’m all better ? Or can I keep practicing ?

Bro, when doing masaai jump, there is microfracture injury, then the height increases. If there is excessive pain while doing masaai jump, will the height increase suddenly? My leg is in terrible pain

I am also doing rest from last 2 days due to shin splint and i was doing 400- 500 jumping jacks and rope jumping... Suggest me sir weather inhave to take reat or continue with pain

hi, I have just started skipping. Just wondering if you have any strengthening and healing exercises for intermetatarsal neuroma that I have between my 3rd and 4th toe. Really interested in increasing my skipping time, currently skipping every other day for 10 min. Many thanks
