Me at the beginning couldn’t do 5 jumps continuously. But now after 3 months I can do like a 100 and learned 3 tricks my self. So if anyones reading this remember not to give up . Try no matter what 🤗even in life it’s the same 🙌🏻

Thanks for giving us some advice because I also do jump ropes and I feel amazing but with that I sometimes feel demotivated and tries to give up..but thanks for the video❤❤😊😊

I started skipping 1 month ago i would loose breath at 100 skips. I can now do 250+ skips at once and I don't loose breath.

First day of skipping, lost breath at 3 skips at first then 10 then 25 then after 10 mins i come back to do full 64 skip

I started using jump rope at 7 years old, though i used to do it as a part of playing games😅😅
Now i am almost 20, but i still do mistakes😂😂
And the the "trick thing" Don't do it for burning fat...just do it for fun
It will make your exercose fun and also effective but at first don’t do them..itight hurt you real bad

am not an experienced person but I still look forward to losing fat with it but I jump low I don't know if you get what am saying but like I don't jump high at all but I still do 1000 a day so is it like possible for me to lose fat like that?

Me at the beginning easily used to do 1000 to 1500 in 15 mins. But since a week i am tripping for every 20 count i am not even reaching 500 even after 15 mins.it is frustrating .I dont know what to do .😢 please help me someone😢
