I’m a male, so it’s only partially relevant to me. But I have to say that saying “it takes so much time, dedication, consistency, you have to dial in …..” is not encouraging. For you, who makes a living from fitness and related activities, it’s great. But for someone like me, who has a full time job, a family, hobbies other than fitness, etc. it’s not encouraging to hear that my whole life has to revolve around fitness to achieve goals. I do, in fact, watch my diet, manage my macros, and work out six plus times per week. But the hour to hour and a half that I currently devote is 100% of what I have the time for. I have achieved decent results and have to be satisfied with that amount of time devoted to fitness and accept the results that that time and effort deliver.

It requires the magic juice as well for a female to have this type of physique. No way in hell a girl can have 30 pounds of mucsle mass without steroids.
