Guys don't understand CrossFit. It's primarily about cardio which is more healthy for you than weight lifting.

If you think there is only one speed of crossfit, and it's random, you've never done crossfit😂

But CrossFit is not random. If you are going to a Crossfit gym the programs random workouts they are not following CrossFits prescription. It’s thoughtful programming with variance. You can still utilise progressive overload with variance. And Just doing Met-con style workouts is not CrossFit either.

I do CrossFit about 4-5 times a week and feel like I am not building muscle. What do you recommend?

Reminder functional training didn't actually mean anything... A heavy squat is no less functional than a kettle bell swing lol

"random workout", I can't agree.
If you know what you're doing, you can make really good workouts that train both your mobility and strength.

If I have 5 sets of some workout, I'm doing 3 of them the best technically as only I can, then 2 last I'm giving all I have.
