Would you be interested in doing one kind of like this, getting at all spaces of the body, that goes for like 90 min? Maybe the last 20 min could be a yin portion or something.. just never want your classes to end! xoxo

With the chilly air arriving, this practice left me feeling warm and peaceful. The intermediate level incorporates inversions in a way that is accessible for those just beginning to invert and deeply satisfying if you are already comfortable inverting. The practice really feels integrated rather than imposed on the body. Try it out if you are looking for a lift---Leigha is just amazing!!! (If you're already a fan, this one is one of her best yet!!!). Thanks so much:)

I am a yogi in between beginner and intermediate level. I just recently start practicing with Leigha. I love that she takes time in between each poses, unlike some of the other yoga videos that just rush through one poses after another.

I love this sequence a lot even through I am not there with all the inversion poses. It really does make me feel really open and good. Hopefully I will get there one day with these balancing and inversion poses!

This isn't a regular intermediate yoga class but got me out of my comfort zone!!! I did my first slip, the normal crow pose instead and substituted some inversions that I cannot do yet. AMAZING, neymarstê ⚽🌟🌴

Looove this flow in so many ways! Thank you much once again. Just putting it out there, I think a pranayama or mostly breath based class would be really cool.... Just a thought ;) wish I could come to one of your classes in person someday! :)

Wonderful video! Thanks! I feel great. I've been working on splits for a few weeks now and this is my best yet. Your inversions look like so much fun and I really want to work up to that, but they are also a little intimidating. But after doing this I feel a bit more confident in my head stand hops.
