This is cool. It's always great to challenge yourself and have a tough fixed routine. Also, I think it should be progressive as you get stronger.

Awesome! I like how the entire session was timed so I could work along with it. 2 sets at the end of a workout and I'm done. Going for 3 next time!

Man I really love this Chanel man I live in a very small town far from an where to train mma and fighttips has always been my go to.
