Burpees are the MOST effective exercise for actual boxing matches.
It takes sooo much effort to launch a punch or a combo during the final rounds in a fight, but if you do burpees regularly it becomes a lot easier

This is literally perfect timing. I’m a wrestler and my arms keep getting tired because my team is so focused on cardio we don’t lift much. Thanks Shane!

The thing is this guy wasn’t even that winded. He was ready to have a whole conversation after he was done. Meanwhile I’m gassed and took pauses

A few months after the quarantine started, i realized that i was getting more and more out of shape, i started doing these upper body, abs and lower body routines everyday, a year and a few months later, and i'm now able to do the routines at 0.75x speed with relative ease. Really showed me that "Hey, i worked hard and i actually managed to produce favourable results. That's rare"

Shane could you do a 3 minutes legs workout routine ?

Between this, the ab workout and leg workout, I've made more progress and have felt more comfortable than the insanity workouts.
I do 6 mins of this now
6 mins of abs
6 mins of the legs
So I get at least an 18-20 min workout. This is insane and its free, thank you guys for these videos!

Brand new to boxing/fighting, recently joined a Boxing club and learning about fighters in my weight class around 130lbs, I am 36yrs old, Ive alwas been small. I just do it for fun and to stay in shape, I have added this workout to my routune at home aswell. Thanks for the tips and inspiration. Recently watched interview with Ryan Garcia which was awesome. Other fighters I am into are Tank, and Lomachenko. Keep up the good work man!

I'm learning martial arts for the first time after a long time of sedentarism from sports. 3 weeks in. The past one, doing all your "fighters 3 min series" everyday. Nice improvement I did in such short time. Gona keep rising the intensity and variety of exercices with this mindset.

Did it this morning and it's just great. I have little to no time in the early day and something like this fits perfectly to get me ready for the day. Very good video :)

~ I really love how your channel had grown Shane, the direction it has taken with all the sub topics, and the guest coaches you have on the show to help out. It's no longer just about fightTIPS for the underdogs, but all around well balanced tips for fighters in general...including workouts.
~ I also love the manner in which y'all give advice, very calm and humble yet confident and clear; I especially love the amen...not a lot of coaches coming from a FaithFull background anymore.
~ I feel honored to have been able to see your channel grow and change as it has over the years, I also feel honored that I have learned much of my MMA skills from you...you are technically the 1st coach I ever had. Without a doubt I have you to thank for much of skillset, when I can't afford a gym I just watch your channel and then practice a lot, truth be told even with a MMA gym I still watch your channel and practice...almost daily! Thank you!
