I try frist this abs workout 2 months ago weekly 1 or 2 times really my abs like steel and belly fat gone this man a legend teacher
Have small channel but give free tuition in YouTube I understand 8 minutes abs workout two times in a week and my local karate guy
Don’t have steel abs he 2 years experience 😂😂 waste his money Thanks Teacher ❤❤

This is super cool! Quite a bit different than regular mundane ab training. Especially the first exercise I can imagine trying to elbow from guard!
