3 Minute Abs Shred Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other for 1 round.

1. Alternating V-Ups
2. Plank Step Outs to Plank Body Raise
3. Russian Twists to In and Outs
4. Alternating Side Plank Reach Unders

What country do you live in funk? I always thought you were Canadian but I remember you mentioned Thailand before. FYI I love the workouts...your programs are second to none!

I teach a Boxing/HIIT class at our civic center, thanks for the motivation, you have really inspired me to pick my game up and help others so much, including my self. I took your metabolic cert through nesta and passed it, and it has really encouraged me to help others. Example My brother was 215 back in Jan. I designed several metabolic workouts for him for only 20 minutes! a day! Today he is sitting at 167 lb, which he totally turned his life around.
