3 Minute Abs Shred Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other for 1 round.
1. Alternating V-Ups
2. Plank Step Outs to Plank Body Raise
3. Russian Twists to In and Outs
4. Alternating Side Plank Reach Unders
