Want to strengthen your core like a boxing champion? Add this core routine of 10 movements, inspired by Manny Pacquiao, to the end of your boxing training sessions. FightCamp Trainer Coach PJ will walk you through the first set, but if you are up for an ab challenge do this routine 2, 3, 4x back to back. If you are up for the PacMan challenge, you can do this ab workout up to 10 to 15 sets.
