Train like a boss with a high intensity interval training session on the famous Col du Soller in Mallorca.

Having limited time to train means that you need to increase the quality of your training: get the most out of 15 minutes with this quick session.

The Col du Soller is one of the most popular climbs on Mallorca, with flowing switchbacks and great views from the top. In this video, ride with Daniel Lloyd and take on 10 efforts of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off.

Honestly, without GCN's indoor cycling videos, spinning at home would be soooo boring. There are some other videos out there but these are by far, the best of the best. We want more LOL keep it up guys!!!!

Just found these as a beginner cyclist for fitness; cycling in the garage has gone from being boring after 2 minutes to being a fun structured work out only one problem the bloody adverts that pop up. Other wise brilliant videos; so thanks guys at GCN.

A serving suggestion after some time off, esp after sedentary overeating:
Do this once with only the cadence as goal, ignore the high PEs but not "too" easy, then warm down a few minutes, repeat with focus on PE and ignore the suggested cadence, which is the best way to do it only once, when you are a bit out of shape.
