I loooove your classes and your voice isn't annoying to me, I find you encouraging, mixed with a bit of strategic seriousness and fun!! I especially enjoy the comic relief through out the workout, I feel like I'm on a bike with y'all in the same studio. Thank you for this quick but sweaty ride!

I just want to say that I used to hate my indoor bike and cycling in general. Your online classes and instructors have brought some joy into my workout routine now. Here in Western Canada we get a lot of rain so having a fast, efficient, indoor workout is so important. Thank you GCN!

I loved this class. It was perfect after the 25 minute class I did with Grace as the trainer. He has a great energy, and he doesn't cry, that "it hurts" or how "painful" it is. He throws positive vibes. Which is exactly what a trainer should do. 2 great classes back to back 2 awesome trainers. Thank you so much 👏👏👍🫶
