Weight Loss Workout by Adrian Bryant, the world's most UNpopular Weight Loss Coach.

Make yourself heavier to lose weight faster. WHY? The more you weigh = the more calories you will burn during a workout because your body has to burn more calories (use a lot more energy) to move a heavier object and,

That's why overweight people lose weight faster doing the same exact weight loss workout that a slimmer or less overweight person does.

But DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH Weight! Only add an extra 5 to 15% of your bodyweight. If you suck at math,

Simply take the first 2 numbers of your bodyweight and use less weight than that. For example,

If you weigh 287 pounds then start off by adding less than 28 pounds (which is roughly 10 percent of your body weight)

Going too heavy (adding way too much weight) will slow you down or you won't be able to perform the fat loss workout with the required intensity for faster weight loss.

YES! You'll still lose weight doing this workout without adding extra weight. Using a 20 pound teddy bear, weight vest or a bookbag IS NOT REQUIRED to get results.

If you're 30 pounds overweight or considered obese then yes, You can expect to lose more than 2 pounds weekly (maybe even lose 10 pounds your first week) but,

As you get closer to your weight loss goal, you will see your weight loss rate to get slower & slower. You may lose 10 pounds the first week but don't expect to maintain that pace every week.

If you do this Jumping jack workout or any HIIT workout to lose weight at least 2-to-4 days per week, 1 to 2 times per day then yes,

You don't have to change your eating habits (good or bad) to lose weight fast but,

Overweight people will also lose weight faster doing the same diet (eating the same amount of calories) as a less overweight individual because overweight people (believe it or not) have a HIGHER Metabolisms. Again,

It takes more energy (more calories) to take care of a bigger body, so a 300 pound person on a 1500 calorie diet will lose weight extremely fast or way faster than a 200 pound person (whose metabolism doesn't burn as many calories) on the same diet.

I have been doing your workout for 3 weeks, I have lost 13 pounds, my measurements went from 40-28-41 and my measurements are 38-25-38..I am 5’11” and I use to weigh 173 pounds and I now weigh 160 and counting. I want to lose 5to 10 more pounds. I do your workouts 6 times a week and I eat a 1200 to 1500 calories meals plan a day. I am so happy I ran across you channel. I started this workout out yesterday with the 911 diet because I have a business trip to Washington DC in one month. I started at 207lbs on 03/08/22 and this morning the 9th I weighed 204.3. Going to try my hardest to stick with this till my trip on 04/10 looking to lose 30 lbs. I will keep updating.
03/10: down to 201.8lbs
Measurements are 41.5-36-45.5
*Update I went on vacation for a few days and obviously that changed my eating and workouts so I restarted as of yesterday 03/16/22:at 208lbs*
03/17/22: 204lbs BMI 36.5
03/18/22: 202.4
03/19/22: 201.2
03/20/22: 198.7
03/21/22: 196.8

its my day 7 after I started this workout, I do intermittent fasting (16:8)+ Calorie deficit <1500 per day
Started this Routine on 3rd September 2024 and today is 10th September 2024( 7 days), I lost 5.4 pounds(2.45 kg)
my goal is to lose another 26 pounds, I will update here when I reach my goal

Right now I’m 14yr freshmen and I weight about 215 trying to reach 185 weight I only drink water and eat around 1300 calories a day going to be doing the chair burpee with this workout every day to lose my belly fat and chest fat. Thank you Adrian for the Inspiration and support

In only 8 minutes I started sweating too much
I am trying to lose 12 pound from 119.8 will I be able to as a beginner
Day one was good
Day 2 : Done till that beginner part not lost significant wieght untill now
Day 3: First day of hard and not low impact lost 1.6 pounds but regained 🧿 🧿

Lawd Help Me 😂 I started your workout today. My thighs and butt are fighting with me right nawwww. I pooped out after 16mins. I did modifications on your modification to finish (not quitting). I felt that 20lb bear but a silver back gorilla was on my back. But I finished.
My start weight:
Weight: 240
Measurement: 41-38-50
Goal is
Weight: 150
36-28-38/40 (baby got back not Brick house)😂😂😂
Yall keep me in prayer to accomplish this goal. I will do this five days a week. I will see how long it takes and keep you posted.

this fr got me a summer body.. i did ab work outs like when i first started and like a few weeks ago i started this and am hella skinny, i can see the abs i worked for earlier but i still have to work a bit more to let them show more!
