I used to do rope jumping/ skipping 1000 times every day, and my weight went down from 70 to 55kg. Due to tight and busy schedule I was unable to stick to my daily exercise routine and now I am back on 65 kg.... from my experience I can say that maintaining proper BMI is really hard. Only exercise is not sufficient; proper diet and constant body movement is also necessary. My breakfast and dinner once included sour curd and puffed rice, and typical Bengali dishes in lunch.. this helped me reduce weight but my haemoglobin also went down to 7.5.
And low haemoglobin resulted into 30 days long period.

Guys if your do 1000 jumping jacks that burns 430 cal and if you sleep 10 hours a day you will burn 500 cal, so 430+500 = 930 so 930cal . But if you eat 300cal a day or 400 cal, so 930-300= 630 cal or 930-400= 530 cal so 7x530= 3.710cal burn a week or 7x630= 4.410cal a week so you will burn 1 pound every week

i’m doing 100 jumping jacks every hour, for 12 hours a day. (1, 500) i’m also doing pilates in the morning, a several minute HIIT workout midday, and lastly a 45 min full body workout at night
day one: done ✔️
day two: done ✔️ sore need to burn more calories tho
day three: done ✔️ still sore
day four: done ✔ easier
day five: ✔
day six: ✔ ive been doing less jumping jacks, like around 400-700
day seven: no,
day eight: ✔ i feel lighter lol
