I run a half maraton with 0 stops but I cant jump a rope for 10 min straight without my calves screaming. That tells something, but everyone find what you love and stick to it. Any movement is better than no movement.

Skipping has many benefits

In lockdown 2020 I started skipping first time in my life... I barely did 20 on first day and didn't even cross 100 till one month.. i couldn't even do 15 continusly .my bones would hurt like hell but I kept on doing it...

Fast forward to today I can do 4000 daily without much effort and my highest continus skips are around 2910
😁😁😁😁😁

And I can tell my cardiovascular capacity has increased and my legs (especially my calves )have got stronger.
