Hi all, I'd like to address an ongoing concern that some of you are experiencing some unwanted advertisement interruptions in the middle, or at the ends, of some of my hypnosis and meditation videos.

Unfortunately the placement of ads inside of my content is outside of my control with YouTube. There was a period of time over Christmas/New Year when ads increased, and it looks like this is happening again. I am hoping this is temporary.

Boy I came in with horrible gas and pain and terrible anxiety. Came out so relaxed. Okay the benzo helped a LITTLE :)

This video helped me calm down a lot, I have chronic anxiety and I believe that is why I was diagnosed with gastritis. I am trying to gather all of my thought and become more emotionally aware. This is a journey I am ready to begin I can’t say it’s easy though

I really love videos like this. I haven't been diagnosed with IBS but I do get chronic stomach and gas pains where things just tighten and spasm up. It'll be a while before I'm able to get in to see a proper GI specialist. But lastnight I had a bad episode and I could swear I could FEEL the knots in my stomach making it worse
