What do you think about stomach vacuüm exercise?

If you continue to practice, your bloating belly will disappear in the long term. I started practicing it every other day or daily, I'm really curious to know what you think about that

Talking about stresses and how you can feel it with tightness and that causes digestion stop does NOT help me relax. In fact it only makes me focus on tightening up more. Seems counterintuitive to even speak about tightness in a hypnosis.
