I absolutely love you. You have no idea how much you’ve helped me feel relaxed in my most troubled times. I struggle with my gut and stomach when anxious. I have anxiety about eating and my health and so these really really help. You make me feel accepted. I feel like your actually talking to me and telling me to calm down. I cried during your meditation because I felt noticed and like someone was here supporting me💗

I hate how anxiety impacts the stomach/gi system. I wish instead of stomach issues, we could have like an itchy elbow instead or something😂.Meditations like this do help tho!

Recently began doing this medication twice daily. I've been diagnosed with chronic GERD & ulcerative colitis. Focusing on each section & giving myself permission to relax and release has been really beneficial. Love the affirmations ❤.
