This meditation will help you release the grip on your stomach muscles and allow your entire body to relax.

The body naturally holds tension, and we all have certain tension hotspots in common where you are unconsciously holding tension. The stomach is one of the worst offenders. It’s not possible to avoid stress in life. But you can do something about how it affects your body. This tension release exercise will teach you how to relax your stomach naturally, relieve anxiety and stomach problems, and get rid of nervous stomach. Stress can make your stomach hurt. But if you can learn to release the abdominal tension you can feel more control over the sensations.

This was so helpful. Next to a high heart rate, upset stomach is one of the worst symptoms I face from anxiety. And if I even feel a stomach ache coming on it can trigger my anxiety or a panic attack. Very glad I found this video. Thank you for taking the time to make it

I’m missing my moms 90th Bday because of this stomach. Over five years I’ve dealing w this crap! People w healthy digestion don’t know how good they got it!!

I woke up in the middle of the night with bad nausea related anxiety and didn’t know what to do. I sat on my bathroom floor frantically searching youtube for a solution and found this exercise. It helped me tremendously and I will be coming back to this video. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much. I've had severe anxiety for the past 5 years that always goes straight to my stomach, leaving me staying up all throughout the night with my whole body shaking and gagging if a stressful situation comes my way. This really helped my stomach to stop turning and for me to breathe better again.

I’ve had gerd since 2010, but because of the pandemic my gerd symptoms flared up and brought me anxiety. It’s been a week since I’ve seen this video. I have downloaded it and have listened to it for about a week now. Well, you see, recently, my gerd symptoms are triggered by my anxiety. But ever since listening to this video, day by day i feel better. I know recovery is a long process, but now i can see that I’m on the path to recovery. I hope everything becomes better for everyone that is suffering like me. Thank you for people like you. May God bless you eternal blessings. Can I just say look at all of us wonderful and sensitive people here. We have these issues because we probably all caring and deep human beings. I have suffered from panic and anxiety for 15 years and currently going through the worst experience with it of my life. I have PTSD from emergency ill health last year and now health anxiety. Heart palpitations, rib pain, back pain and severe stomach/bowel cramps with very loose stool. Shaking, cold extremities and have lost a lot of weight. Reaching the 3 month mark of having these constant symptoms. I wanted to send love and light to you all out there suffering. Happy to chat here anytime. I am going to try this meditation tonight as it sounds wonderful and just found it! Love to you all brave souls xx

I've been having random panic attacks and this helps so much, I have emetophobia and the nausea the panic attack causes makes me terrified, but when I listen to this I always leave completely relaxed

Thank you, I will listen regularly, i suffer extreme anxiety and hold the tension in my stomach. My diaphragm is so sore due to panic attacks.

I have a tight stomach from constant anxiety it grips up and doesn't let go I've seen the doctor he has confirmed it's stress it's been going on 6 months now .

For most of my IBS flare ups, I have searched for something that explains the process and requires you to use the connection between our minds and the gut and finally i have. This is not only really helpful but also empowering. I am not being critical of any other IBS/Anxiety meditations available out there because they are free and helpful but this one made me feel like I was in control, it felt real to say to my gut, im sorry, come back! I will continue to use this as most of may flare ups do calm down, that is something I take great pleasure in knowing and for those who suffer similarly, must be your aim because you can return to normal!

I’ve suffered from IBS since I was a child and after I had my gallbladder removed several years ago, it got about 1000 times worse. I weighed 73 pounds for five years until my husband had sudden onset Lewy body dementia and had to be institutionalized. I had to get up or I would never see him again, so I started eating. I’ve been doing OK, although on a bland diet, and was even able to bring him home for the last 2 1/2 years of his life with caregiver help. He passed away about 5 1/2 months ago and his loss has triggered IBS symptoms that are just awful. This meditation made me feel better! I’m going to listen to it at least once a day, if not twice. I have so much empathy for all the people who left comments because there’s just nothing worse than feeling so ill and not being able to eat. It’s very scary! Thank you so much for this meditation! Someone recommended this to me and I’m so glad they did. Good luck to everyone out there! 💕🤢

I was diagnosed with a panic disorder and PTSD when I was 9, over 10 years ago. I have intense stomach problems caused by stress and anxiety every single day. I also have severe emetophobia, so when my stomach hurts, I get anxious and when I'm anxious, my stomach hurts. A horrible cycle. Guided meditation has been the only thing that has kept the pain somewhat more comfortable. Thank you <3

Thank you so much for this. My stomach problems truly have taken over my life, and every day I try to resolve them or to at least relieve the symptoms. No doctor has been able to help.
