People, you cannot "spot place" calories! Everyone distributes their weight differently; even people with the same general body shape will distribute their weight differently. For me, extra weight shows up first around my jawline, neck, and torso. For others, it shows in their butt or in their hips first. You cannot consume extra calories and tell it where you want it to go. You cannot spot place calories any more than you can spot reduce. You can only spot change. I believe in a person doing the best they can with the genetics they've been dealt, but still, there's only so much one can do when a problem is related to genetics. I got screwed hard from my mother's European side. My father's side is Mexican. I just do my best to work hard to put some kind of decent shape on my flat tushy. 3x Ms Olympia, Rachel McLish, has always been my inspiration. Not that she ever had a flat butt, I've just always loved how femininely muscular she is.
