Got me through beginning of pregnancy, had a baby two weeks ago Csec, I still feel great and I’m back to BB 5min booty workouts as I was instructed to only work legs and arms. Loving it 💁🏼‍♀️🤩Thank you Bailey, you’re always so positive, it’s my meditation time, and how easy to squeeze those 5min as a busy mom

I combine different 5 minute workouts from bb into a 45 min workout that i can do at home with the kids around. But this is my favorite! ♡

Love the short workouts, they keep you from getting bored and even an older person like myself can keep up. Another plus is doing 3-5 of them gives you a complete workout. So glad I found you, Bailey. Keep up the good work!

Lean legs + toned butt 😍 let’s go!

Day 1: my side butt already hurts from another workout. But I want my toned legs back ✔️
Day 2: I love the first exercise because it reminds me of downward dog in yoga 🥺
Day 3: just finished the side booty workout w/ a resistance band...my butt hurts 😢
Day 4: questioning if I should add my resistance band but I need to take this one slow b/c I have had a break day for my butt 🙃
Day 5: kinda had a rest day for this workout and I low key forgot about it but my butt needed a break; also my butt looks great
Day 6: let’s go! 🙂
Day 7: my butt looks great and is definitely toned. Going to work on my abs next! 💖

I’ve done this workout completely guys, it does work but it depends on your butt size, I mean if you’re looking for drastic changes than I would suggest do it twice a day, or do it for more than a week, these exercises does burn and do their work, it’s all about consistency, I’ve also shared my full experience on my channel ♥️
