"A. Turn on/off VPN, set VPN region to somewhere else. NA or Asia seem to work.

* After changing your DNS addresses, may want to do the following:
- Search for ""command prompt"" in the start menu, pick the ""Run as administrator"" option
- Run the command: ipconfig /release
- Wait 10 seconds
- Run the command: ipconfig /renew
- Wait 10 seconds
- Run the command: ipconfig /flushdns
- Wait 10 seconds
- Reopen the launcher and try again

C. Add a firewall exception for the game:
* Open the start menu
* Search for ""Allow an app through windows firewall""
* Click ""Change settings"" button
* Click ""Allow another app"" button
* Click ""Browse""
* Click ""Add""
* Restart launcher and try again
