I was able to fix this error on my daughters iPhone 11. I went through the normal stuff (reset networks settings, disabled VPN, reboot, force close app, etc) and nothing seemed to work. I know it wasn’t poor network issue because my speed reading was 200Mbps+. I finally fixed it by making some changes to the Screen Time settings. First I changed Genshin app to Always Allowed. Then I changed the internet settings to Unlimited access (I previously had it on restricted access). I cleared out any tabs in my Safari browser that were open for Genshin and viola - when my daughter logged in it worked. So best I can figure, some Screen Time settings were blocking it. Hope this helps someone.

i was using WiFi so i didn't had any problem but i had to go out of town i have to use mobile data... i was only able to log in once for Literally few seconds and then disconnected but now i cant log in it says "failed to connect to server" i tried everything literally everything but still i failed:( all apps works fine but only genshin doesn't. i just want to go home and play with WiFi 😭😭

Did all this but still getting poor quality of network on my new 2022 iPad Air but it works on my Android phone 😑
