Hey guys! If you're having this issue like me I managed to solve it relatively easily by typing Genshin Impact into the Window's search bar and simply running the program as administrator. While these methods listed in the video might work If you're scared to potentially mess something up this is a pretty good way to keep it simple for you

Wait like 5 minutes and click retry again before fiddling with stuff, worked for me

I'm not sure but, When i deleted the Genshin application and redownloded it, It started downloading then stoped at 10% and shows "the game file error" I seen for some it does the same thing? Not sure how to fix this bu maybe it can help

Also my PC does not have enough space for genshin so I'm downloading it on a usb

I have a method that is quite easy to do, you should use your phone then share your computer's 4g or 5g network to your laptop then use your laptop to connect to it then please disconnect from strong on your phone and connect your phone to wifi
