So for me what happend was that it was gonna verify but then there was that error so i had to retry later it said and i had to redo the whole damn downloading that took hours

help i downloaded the game one day ago. 14.7gb then another 12gb and now when im trying to enter it says smth like aunthentication for installing error. should i edit the config again. please help huhu

Bro I even remember staying up so dam late cuz I was so flipping excited to finally download and play the game but once it finished the download, it gave me a error message and I had to legit just reinstall a second time bruh. What a waste of a whole night. 😪

Hi, i wanted to download Genshin impact on me external hardrive, but when i want to start it, it says "1001 not enough space" knowing that i have 557GB free on it.... i tried to uninstall and install the game multiple times but the issue is still the same

Last time I downloaded this, I immediately deleted it when the failed verification thing happened. And then after a few days, I downloaded it again and it launched successfully. I got my computer fixed and had to reinstall genshin and the same problem happened back when the first time I downloaded it. I deleted it, followed ur instructions and I'm currently waiting for it to fully download :>

so like ive played for a while now in 1.5 and then i got the problem where genshin wont load and stuck on a white screen i used the repair game files option from the launcher and then got this error again ive tried many ways and yet no fix

Mine is missing half of the games launch files. its so angering and i cant do anything to fix it, i tried redownlaoding, reseting computer and everything.

is this when your done downloading the resources and when you turn off your pc you need to download the resources again?

try restarting whatever device you're playing on and then try to launch the game.
