How to fix stuck on loading genshin impact

theres no dump file in my folder... but I usually fix this problem by restarting my router or wifi, but now its not working so im here, lol

help………when I downloaded genshin and started playing it. I got stuck on the part where you have to defeat the fire jelly things…..it wouldn’t let me go across to the other sid to continue. And I kept killing the jellies but I just kept being stuck.

When I press start I'm in infinite loading screen loop (theres no words on my screen, just the road of celestia). There wasn't any dump files and I've upgraded my graphics card. What should I do?

Hii! There is also another way, you can just press the "exit game" button and then join the game, then do it again until you dont get stuck on "checking for updates". It takes more patience than this method, but its easier. Long but easy, and the one in this video, short but a bit hard. (by hard i mean finding the file)

My game just straight up freezes and the music continues playing. Any fix for this? It just happen during the verification and it worked fine a few hours ago.
