thank you very much. I simply had to end the launcher in the task manager. Now I can do the update vers.1.1!

My genshin impact is run normally, but after clicking "Press Any key to start", My genshin impact stuck at checking for updates/ Downloading content for 10-20 Mins, And The "Start" Door still Not Reviewed, Can u Help me fix this, Because I wasnt play Genshin Impact for A days T_T

I tried opening update.exe but an error message popped out saying the code exe cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Help me please

when i try to open update as adminstrator there is nothing opening
