The "Master Your Mind And The body Will Follow" series with our first mobility flow. This week we start unlocking the lower body with a hamstring focused mobility flow from my new Sculpt Program.

The goal of this flow is to start decompressing the body and mobilizing our joints to reduce and or completely get rid of joint pain and faulty movement patterns due to immobile joints. This is the first flow of 4 progressive mobility flows you are prescribed to perform 3-4 times a week until the next flow.

This was the therapy session I didn't know that I needed. I literally shed tears as you said " YOU WILL GET BACK TO YOUR TEN" Ive followed a few yoga teachers here, but this is the first time someone asked us to roll side to side on a happy baby pose😅😅😅 and it's my favorite thing to do in a yoga class. THANKS A LOT 🙏

Ohhh let me tell ya!!! When I was in each pose. The remembrance when I used to workout came up. At that time in my life I was so connected with myself. Loved me all over because of how I felt already ....Good. Then life happened "not in my order". So in the poses I felt the pain & the stiffness. Thank you for that. I will do my Chakras cleaning while doing this routine in the AM I will share it with you. Very powerful.

Wow Massy, I haven’t worked out since mid August and this is the best way to get back to it by mobility. I feel well stretch and will continue to move now everyday ❤️
