Increase flexibility and relieve stress and anxiety with this all-levels soothing yin yoga class.

Hey yogis, I don't know about you... but the past few weeks have been stressful! This yin yoga practice will help you relieve stress and anxiety in a soothing way while also working on flexibility. All you need are two pillows or a bolster. Just grab whatever you have around the house!

We'll be working a lot on the inner and outer hip as well as our spine for a great full body stretch. This class is suitable for all levels. You can always grab more props to make the poses more comfortable.

Have a suggestion - yin yoga focussing on the calves, beginner level please, especially for those (like me) who've just started walking or running daily, and need something for dem sore calves! 😅

Not going to lie, I thought I was calm, but this yin practice brought me to a new level of inner peace. I've recently been working on my mental health by not running away from social situations and thought all my work might be undone and I didn't even realize that this thought was stressful for me. I've realized more about myself through this

I did some of the vinyasa flows earlier in the week and was feeling a bit sore (especially after falling down the stairs and landing hard on my right hip...) so I looked for a gentle practice for today and this was perfect.
