The Best Form of Magnesium For Your Thyroid

Показать описание
Magnesium is incredibly important for thyroid patients because it has a direct impact on thyroid function as well as many symptoms that thyroid patients tend to suffer from.

Magnesium can help thyroid patients:
- Create more thyroid hormone.
- Reduce thyroid antibodies.
- Convert T4 into T3.
- Relieve thyroid-related constipation.
- Improve sleep
- Reduce muscle aches and pains
- And reduce blood pressure.

The question is not whether or not you need magnesium but which form is best to take and the answer to that question is magnesium glycinate.

Magnesium glycinate balances both cost and absorption which is why it's the ideal form.

If you have a thyroid problem then the ideal dose is around 300 to 400 mg taken daily.

Thank you a million times over! I wish I'd known this years ago! If you tell an MD that you're in terrible pain, constipated and fatigued they assume you're "Pill Seeking" when all you want is answers and to fix the problem.

The first two days I took magnesium glycinate 350, I fell asleep within a half an hour and I slept for 3 to 4 hours and then slept all night. I waited a few days and started taking it again, it did not affect me that way at all I was staying up late as usual and sleeping good as usual. I have been taking it for 3 days now, IM having large bowel movements!! No more rabbit pebbles for me!;

IMO Magnesium has helped me in a so many ways I wish I had known how depleted our food and soils were. Magnesium is also used in the electron transport chain to make atp (energy) in the mitochondria. Watch your calcium intake excessive amounts can make a person alkaline and it takes an acidic stomach to put all the minerals in to solution and absorb them. Lately Ive been studying copper, retinol, boron and rhe other great nutrients.

All starts with Iron if you are low in Iron even Magnesium won’t help your Thyroid. Low Iron means low Thyroid activity and the gland starts to grow. Low Iron means also low zinc and T4 to T3 won’t happen anymore. Even your blood iron blood test can show normal numbers still you are low in Iron. I got my Thyroid removed in 2012 and it took me 11 years to find the key to have a functioning live. Since 2 weeks when I started iron all did rapidly change.

hi Doc, I hope this time I can get an answer, which supplement for low iron.I only cook red meat or liver and plus some spinach with so much lime .but I just want a right supplement beside those bad prescription of iron which my PP used to give it was never helpful instead, it made anemia worse. I took them for many years yet my low thyroid was never diagnosed. But I found myself, because I had the most painful inflammation and a nervous breakdown. So huge pain that gave me a foot drop and adrenal fatigue.I was working extra different shifts as a medical ASSISTANT. Big huge burn out.

What about hyperthyroidism from too high dosage of thyroid hormone after losing weight. It's much worse than hypothyroid!
