Hey doc, no disrespect. I have been vegan for 10 years. My testosterone is on the high end without being dangerous. I believe it's zinc, coconut oil and working out properly. Just putting it out there. Healthy vegan vs not heathly vegan. Anyway. Still enjoyed your video. Thanks.

I eat about 30 - 50 gram of powdered ginger a day, raw in water, no sweetner or lemon. Before knowing about the test benefits, I kind of had the feel this could effect the test prod. just by the way it felt intaking it.
Gotta sip it in chunks, but damn it rips open the throath, so you gotta flush it with not too hot tea or water.
