I am 40 and I don't own oven, that is why I prepare all my food on the stove and without oils. Everything is steamed and cooked on water💝I don't look 40 and I don't feel 40, more like 26😂 I am so happy that it is one of the recommendations of Dr. Dray💝

red bell pepper actually has even more vitamin C than kiwi.+ it has lycopene too.Its pretty underrated and Im surprised its never mentioned when talking about vitamin C.Its one of the best sources of vitamin C when it comes to easily available and affordable foods that you can get in any local grocery store.

I tell my patients the reason to take a high quality collagen supplement is not because it can be assimilated into the tissues but for its gut healing properties which in turn improves macro and micro nutrient absorption and decreases GI and systemic inflammation. Which has a positive effect on skin.

Vegan here as well, glad to know there are many "whole food plant based" sources of collagen!
