BEST Muscle To Stretch For Upper Back Pain & Better Posture

Unfortunately, the most overlooked muscle in perhaps the entire body that we should REALLY be stretching most people don't even know about! This muscle is known as the Pec Minor, which is a small, yet powerful chest muscle. This muscle can easily get quite tight on many of us, which can lead to a number of issues.
Because this muscle can round your shoulders, it can cause your back muscles to work significantly harder to bring you into better posture. This can overtime lead to muscle strains and pain. Shoulder injuries can also result from this, as well as shoulder pain.
So to address issues such as upper back pain and this muscle being tight, you'll want to stretch it. To stretch this muscle, go into the corner of a room. Place both hands on each wall and bring your elbows above your shoulders. Lean into that corner and do that stretch 30 seconds and repeat 3 times. This stretch can be done each day and should be done each day just to keep yourself more flexible and avoid issues like upper back pain from developing.
