A simple and effective guided Vipassana (insight) meditation designed for those difficult periods on the path when you are struggling - with plenty of guidance.

Starts with Anapana (breath awareness) to establish awareness, followed by a guided part-by-part body scan focussing on the changing nature of the physical sensations within the body. Practice when you are feeling like you are struggling in your practice - it helps ground you and bring you back to the basics.

Note: Screen is mostly blacked out during meditation to save power or battery on your device.
